Where and how to change TLS settings in QlikView 12

With TLS 1.0 coming to end of life, where and how can we disable or turn this off in QlikView 12 so that we can continue to use certain browsers, like Safari, which has recently stopped working; we can no longer launch apps from Access Point using Safari.  I couldn't find this info in the Community nor online Help.  Thanks.

Hello,

I think this should help you get started: SSL & TLS Support in QlikView - How to configure QlikView and TLS (kb 000015888)

In short: Verify that you are running a QlikView version that supports the cipher and protocol you want to use, and then disable the old SSL protocol and configure the correct newer cipher set and protocol on Windows. No extra configuration in QlikView is required if you have already set it up to use HTTPS.

Unfortunately this advice did not help us.  When we used the script it messed things up.  We do have an extranet server scenario with our QlikView set up so maybe we'll require other help.
