Hello Maria,

Thanks for sending the guide but the "Downloads" page has changed. I'm familiar with the steps form the guide but I'm not seeing an option to download any QlikView Server install files in the current downloads page. Please see the snipping below. This down only allows me to download the QlikViewDesktop install file.

That is the page you get if you are not logged in or don't have access.

If you are having issues logging in or don't have the access you should have, the best think is to create a case for customer support and they will help you.

If you log a case manually, make sure that you choose "Account Related" in problem type.

Did you manage to create the case? Or did you find a solution yourself?

Hello @ryam 

I had this issue before and the reason was I was not using the correct login credentials. Please recheck the credentials or you can try with another credential. I just recreated the issue now (screemshot)since i have two logins to Qlik one works fine takes me to correct download page but the other user name gives me the below page.

So please try with correct username or use a different credentials all together.

Support team helped create a case to resolve this issue.
