how to get the Reports created in IE plugin of old user credential in to new user credentials

Hi all,

My username credential is recently changed and am not able to view the reports I created through IE plugins in the old user credential.

Is there any possibility to get back the reports created with old username to new one.  Kindly help me to solve this issue. I've created many reports using IE plugin in old user credential.  It's a big rework if am not able to get it back.

Are the reports still available in old credentials, so Is there any possibility can I get it back If my user credential will revert to old one ?

kindly help me to resolve this situation.

Arun, did Nadia's post help you get what you needed?  If so, please use the Accept as Solution button on her post to mark it so she gets credit, and others will know things worked as well.

That being said, probably the easiest way to do this would have been to just use the QMC\Documents\User Documents to go to the apps in question that you use, and then find the objects attached to your old ID and simply change the owner directly in the QMC to the new ID, but it would require you have full Admin access in QMC, otherwise you would have to have the real Admin do that for you.

Here is Help link that may be of use as well:
