multibox presentation in grid style in ajax; not working??

Hello,

The requirement : QlikView Application; accessed in AJAX ZFC;

MultiBox when presented in Grid Style is not shown in Grid Style in AJAX client but works fine in IE plugin. However, on the properties when we right click on the object has the GridStyle in presentation checked/selected.

Why is that so?

Any way that this can be achieved?

Hi all,

I have observed changes in all documents when I change css in the style sheet files located in QlikView Server installation folder. Also, I tried changing the properties of the Multi Box. Now, how should I enable the changes only when Grid Style is checked? The problem now is it changes even when the Multi Box is with no Grid Style, and deforms the object.

Any help is sincerely acknowledged and appreciated.

Hi,

I have observed that not all properties and features available on documents opened using IE Plugin are available when opened in AJAX ZFC. I want to follow the release page which indicates the availability of MultiBox Grid Style Layout feature in AJAX ZFC.

Kindly guide me through this.

I am facing the same problem with the Grid style in Multiboxes when using AJAX mode. That's the reason why we still are using IEPlugin instead of AJAX.

I have also noticed that the MultiBox set to GridStyle = yes, does not appear correctly.

Even worse, in QV10 SR1, at least still showed values in the drop-down list. 

In QV10 SR2, the dropdown list is EMPTY, or worse, contains values from a previously clicked dropdown list!

There is some AJAX caching that has not been cleared.

Grid style in Multiboxes in AJAX mode is not even showing in the latest QV release (11 IR). Why is it so hard to fix this feature? I have to rebuild much of the layout when converting apps from IE Plugin to AJAX because of this.

Hi,  The QV 11 SR 1 Release Note says that  Bug No. 42803 (Multibox:Gridstyle not working in ajax/webview) has been fixed.

But still not working in the Web View of the Desktop client. Can anyone confirm this?

We are still experiencing grid style multiboxes being broken in the AJAX client and Webview in QV11 SR1 (build 11282).
