qlik personnal edition Perte / corruption de la cle

bonjour

de puis peu je ne peux plus ouvrir mes applications (une dizaine)  sur le même ordinateur de leur création .  la clé d'activation semble perdu ou abîmés.

 

comment là restaurer / réparer ?

Have this QlikView Desktop always been Personal Edition? In that case you don't have a license. But you should be able to open documents that you have created on your computer. 

Can you share the error you are getting?

If you have had a license before, you need to contact Customer support like @PadmaPriya said.

Bonjour,

Je ne sais pas si vous avez toujours le problème. C'est un cas assez classique, il faut juste se connecter au serveur de prod afin de récupérer la clé et ainsi ne plus être en Personnel Edition.

-Aller dans Fichier/ouvrir sur serveur

-Taper le chemin suivant qvp://Nom serveur de PROD/

-Sélectionner un des .qvw pour récupérer la clé
