Hi All,
We are using Qlikview Server 11 SR2. I wish to know can I convert my accesspoint to access using HTTPS.
My current scenerio is as below
1. We are accessing the accesspoint using the IP / Servername.
2. We are using the Qlikview Web Server
3. We do not have a SSL Certificate at the moment.
Given the above scenerio I wish to know that can we use only the setting below in accesspoint and can we convert the accesspoint page to use HTTPS.
Please suggest. Thanks in advance.
Amar
Hi,
No, just changing the above settings will not enable SSL on your machine. You need to install a Certificate and set it up to on the QVWS.

Thanks a lot Bill.
One more question is how many SSL certificates I will need. As I understand one SSL Cert per URL is needed. In that case should we be procurring just one SSL for the Accesspoint Page.
Thanks...
Hi,
You would need a single certificate (can be self signed) to support SSL for Access Point.
