user login password

hi all

i have a user that updated his password through windows

but in chrome qlikview access point remembers his old password and let him login!!

how can this be fixed??

restarted qlik services and the server itself several time

cleared all browsing data and passwords from browser but still it lets him login with previous password

any ideas?
