I'm trying to create a table (straight or pivot), with 2 dimensions and 1 expression. The goal is to have 1 dimension as a column, and the other as a row in order to create some sort of a matrix. It seems it's only possible to get the 2 dimensions as a column, or BOTH as a row, but not separate..
