Access Point Problem

We have given access to multiple persons on the app. and they are accessing the system through access point.

But when I am doing some changes in the app. the changes are not reflecting to all persons.

Some user can see the changes while other not.

So, please help me on this.

they have to install plug if using internet explorer

and when you doing changes reload that application and save it

Yes I am doing reload and also saving the app. but still.

Actually some changes are reflecting and some not .

For exp:- I add a filed to the report but this field is added and showing to some persons and not to some persons.

Hi Anand,

Ask users to clear cache like this

Press Ctrl + F5 key

If it not works then

Goto Accesspoint -> Click on View Details of the Dashboard -> Click on Remove Last Document State option.
