I have a problem in Access Point, for some user it will display the following interface:
The Authorization tab is only available if you have an Enterprise Edition server, and you switched it into DMS security mode.
As an alternative, you can also check the NTFS rights of the published document. Do you have access to the QlikView server (TS, RDP or console access)? If so, start Windows Explorer, navigate to the directory in which your AccessPoint documents are published (by default this is C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Documents, check the actual value in QMC), right-click the document, select Properties->Security->Advanced and open the "Effective Access" tab. Click "Select User", enter the domainname\username of user MNPR, and click OK. Then click the View Effective Access button (2012) or check the list of effective permissions. Has this user the necessary permissions to read/view this document?
You mean, there are no documents available for the current user to click on?
Have any documents been published to this user?
Has the user been correctly authenticated? Are the account details (right corner) correct?
Remember that the AccessPoint is just a web site that provides access to everyone the web server admits.
I check all of them But still the same problem
if the user is not provided access to any application then this screen appears generally.

You need to give authorization of particular application to user.
