Access Point issue

Hi All,

Can anyone suggest on this issue, I have scheduled a list of intermediate applications (say 8 applications),all of this applications takes at a max of 3 mins to reload and all of this reloads at the same time (no dependency on any applications),some applications reloads successfully and but rest reloads successfully but still shows as running state in access point (it shows running state for a long time). It comes backs in normal stage only after restart of qlikview services. The log file of the running state applications shows as a success reload after 3 mins of its reload.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Tom

Hi,

have you had a look at the taask manager? What about RAM and CPU usage?

Hi,

Thanks for reply, this problem not happens every time, the applications are scheduled in the morning and it reloads once every month (not sure the CPU and RAM usage at that point of time).

Sometimes the problem arises even when I reload it manually through access point (the CPU and RAM usage are seems to be OK at that time).

I'm using QV11

Tom

check the "Max Concurrent reload" value and change the value of the number of its CPU CORE
