Access Problems

In recent months a number of our users have had issues accessing our Qlikview product.  We were advised to install the v11 plug-in on all PCs which we've done but we're still experiencing issues. The issues can vary from, server timing out (therefore not allowing access) to product freezing once people are accessing it.  Looking at the Management Console we currently have 16378kb of physical memory and it seems that when the available memory drops to around 300kb (happens on a daily basis) is when accessing problems are arising. Anyone else experienced any similar problems, anyone have any idea of how to recify this?
