Hi community,

I'm getting error "Access denied The server QVS has no user cal for your account. Please contact you system administrator" even though user assigned in assigned CAL.

Has you user actually lease the license from the server?

Hi Andrew,

Yes we have the license. already we have 3 users and they can able to access the document.But now when we adding new user above error is occurred.

Sorry, that doesn't answer the question, has that new used leased the license off via QV desktop?
