Access to Clients By creating AD account

Hi All,

My company is having a publisher and 2 servers(one for internal employees and one for external clients).

I have an app created and need to give access to external clients. What is the process?

Do I need a licence for every client? By applying Section access in my app, I can restrict every client to see their own data.

Can anyone guide me?
