Adding data to the dataset from the QlikView Document

Dear QVExperts,

End User Dashboard which displays 1000's of customers in a straight table or table box.

Now EndUsers received a set of new customers & the table structure is similar to the Customer Table where we loaded 1000's of customers.

Without the help of IT department, can they able to upload the data to the dataset in the memory [Obviously we cant insert/update to the source table]

Is it possible? Please suggest me on this.

Thanks,

If you are thinking of not running reload (may be because of data source unavailability or change in data), you could try with Partial Reload using Add.

The easiest thing is: why they don't create excel file with the same structure of the db table in a shared directory, then qlik read at next reload time all the excel in the directory anc concatenates them to the source table?

Without script change it is not possible, new QV table to be created through excel load and that can be concatenated with existing tables in data model. Its quite simple but script need to be changed and reloaded.

Or, even a binary load could be an option.
