Hello Experts,
I need your help as I am not able to understand the concept of Admin Override security in Document settings.
The issue which I am facing is in one dashboard I have implemented section access and define myself as an Admin and data reduction also present in that , so on my desktop I am able to open the dashboard but on access point it is giving an error message as I do not have access. Not sure what is happening. This option should be checked or not.
Thanks in advance

The key thing you have to understand is whether you are an ADMIN or not, when you open the application via QlikView Server, you are ALWAYS a USER in that case, there is no ADMIN level when opening via Server. ADMIN is only in play when opening via the Desktop Client.
What I suspect you have done is in the Section Access reduction fields, you put in blanks for yourself, and if Strict Exclusion is set in the Document Properties Opening tab settings as well, when you go to open via Server, that is going to lock you out of things due to you having no matching values in the reduction fields due to them being blank. The only means of which I know to get around this is to create a table that maps you to all values such that you can use that value as your reduction value... Hopefully this makes sense and gets you on the right track.

Brett
