Ads in QlikView Personal Edition

Hello guys,

I have the task to add some ads in my QlikView application. Can you give me some hits or solution?

You can add image from photoshop and call that link online using Open URL action ...

As far as I know. There is no such options available

Which format are those ads: images, URLs, HTML code? Images can be added effortlessly in a text object.

I want to show image with link. I think text object wont work

Hi Todor,

If it is possible, you can create your ads in qlikview using TextObjects with timer().

Otherwise you can show your ads as images.

if you want show a web content then you gonna need an extension or a macro.

The text object can display an image natively (Properties > General > Representation > Image), and have an action to open a URL (Properties > Actions > Add > External > Open URL). This works in Windows mode and Ajax as long as the computer security policies allow it.

How did you test that it does not work?
