After 5 years, all of a sudden ?!?, the decimal and thousand separators changed

Hi, this is really unexpected. What could have caused it?

I use the qvs file with a dot set as a decimal point.

The Document > Settings are in line with that:

But, some tables have this:

After I just press the "System" button it gets where it was supposed to be and where it was for years.

The issue was in one application, where the security option "Save Document (User)" has been enabled. I had to manually fix the Number settings to match the System's and disable that security option.
