After change to the summer time function doesn't work..

Hallo,

after the change to the summer time this statement doesn't work anymore.

sum( {$ < Jahr = {$(=only(Jahr))}, Monat = {$(=month(date('01.' &

(month(today()) -1) & '.2008', 'DD.MM.YYYY')))} >} Umsatz )

When i switch the date back to 31.03.2013 and reopen the qvw file, the statement works well.

I have no idea, how can i solve this problem.

Pleas help me
