Could someone have a look at my alert. I just cant get the hang of it.
I am trying to get an alert to show that when there are zeros showing in a particular month, to send an alert.
That's all good but what it is doing is finding a country with consistent zeros from the start of the application calendar and should in fact only be showing a particular month and seeing if there are zeros and returning those countries.
e,g 2016-01 should return Austria Belgium Columbia Korea Latvia etc.
My alert returns Latvia and Korea only because for all dates, zero is represented for those for all calendar months. I only want the zeros to be shown for a particular month.
I have bookmarked my alert and Premium Dashboard alert is what I am concerned with.
