Alias name Access point url

The below are QV prod server access point link-

User can open Prod server access point using -

http://webserv1/qlikview/

or

http://Localqlikview.intra/qlikview/

We have moved to QV11 so access point URL has been changed to-

http://webserv2/qlikview/but user not able to open prod access  point using

http://Localqlikview.intra/qlikview/

I believe we need to mention some places where http://webserv2/qlikview/ =

http://Localqlikview.intra/qlikview/

Please help where we need to mention it.

http://localhost is for the particular machine.

http://ipaddress is the web address
