Any best way to clean up after I learn about link table

Hi All

I learn QV by developing . Which is I never  notice I can use link table from start and also not design my data model in mind.

End up each table I have it individual currency format. Which make me confuse a lot. so now I have vCurrencyFormat vMoneyFormat_GL and endless.

My question is use in many diff TABLE.  Now I can standerise by just one type. Can some one advise how to clean up ? I mean find and replace approach. So that I can remove those unwanted script. Any input ?
