One of my client is saying that after a specific selection and then pressing print icon on the qlikview chart,the selections change completely.For instance
the system is defaulting back to overall data and not the timescale selected. In order to get the data they are exporting it to excel and printing from there.They are using qlikview 9.But when I run the same thing on the qvw on my pc which is running qlikview 11 everything seems ok when i press print icon.So is this any known bug in qlikview 9 and should I tell them to upgrade?Any thoughts will be very helpful.Thank you.
