Hi All,
I have 5 Named Users, at the moment all users can log onto Access Point directly with their credentials.
However, only 3 of the users can see the available App, I believe I have them set up the same, so I am not sure why the Apps are not available.
I have stopped and restarted the Qlikview services, but still no joy.
Has anyone seen this happen? Can you point me in the right direction

it may be a windows issue, check that all users have reading permissions over the folder that contains your application,

do you have section access enabled ?
if so did someone with a higher sections access (Admin) saved the document without doing a reload ?

Did you look up the users in the QMC > Users > Groups might be that they are not in the necessary Access-group to the server/app/directory
that's the first thing I would do too but the poster did not mention if he is using AD or DMS.
Also sometimes it takes 2 reloads for some reason - i noticed that before

This was the issue, or at least I think it was, I gave permissions to the new users for the App folders.
But it did not work until I done a restart of the server, the Apps are now Visible
I have a different issue now as I get this message when trying to open the App in Access Point
