Are QVW settings transferable(exact mirror) or not ?

When a QVW is sent to another server/machine does it retain the exact settings(User Preferences, Document Properties, Sheet Properties) that it possesses in the machine it was developed ?

All properties of the Document -- which includes Sheet and Object properties will be retained.

User preferences belong to the User, not the document. They will not travel with the document.
