Arithmetic overflow error converting expression to data type datetime

Hi - I am getting this problem when loading data - 395417 records are loaded fine then this message occurs. The strange thing is that this same data has loaded perfectly well before - any ideas?

(It is coming from a SQL view combining 2 tables with the same data types)
