Assign 1 license to a group of user

Hi Expert:

Is there a posibility to Assign 1 license to a group of windows user?

It's not possibile. Licenses can be assigned only to users, not groups.

You could be create an user (i.e. "Budget Office") and assigne a license to it, then the users could enter with the same credentials.

I want to assign doc  or named license to a group of user and then the user log on in the acces point and recognize and take the license because the group HAVE license

Hello Fernando,

Its only possible to assign licences to user names, this applies to Document and Named CALs.

Session and Usage are not linked to a specific user

Document and Named can only be assigned to specific users

Obviously if you have a single user name shared between multiple people you'll still only be able to have one actual person accessing QlikView at a time.

The next person logging in with the shared username would disconnect the first user, and there may be licence agreement issues if this was the case.

Peter, there is no problem with that because it is not probably that the user acces simultaneus and have concurrency
