How do you set up an automatic reload of data.
Hi John,
seems this your question has already been asked and answered here: how to set up a auto reload of data | Qlik Community

Burkhard
QlikView server product known as QlikView Publisher provides an interface known as QlikView Management Console.
In the Management console.
1. You login and go to Document tab> Source document
2. Select your QVW file
3. Create a Task by clicking on the Add Task Manually
4. Enable Reload in your task and select a time schedule (Trigger) when you want the Publisher to do the data load from Data Source to your QVW.
5. Based on the Time defined in the Task, the Publisher will run the Script present in the QVW and loads data from external Data Sources to your QVW file.
This process is Automatic Reload based on a schedule.

Hi,
Schedule a reload time in Scheduler from there you can auto reload the application or by bat file.
Thanks & Regards
Hi John
either you have QV server which integrates a scheduler
or you have just QV Desktop.
Then you can use a batch (like autoreload.bat) using
"C:\Program files\qv.exe" [chemin\nom.qvw] /r
best regards
Chris
You can schedule reload in :
QMC -Documents -User documents tab - select particular document and in right pane
Reload tab - select an option by ticking a radio button and specifying if you need hourly, daily, weekly and monthly
