Auto trigger

Please help in creating a auto trigger in qv file itself that will refresh the file daily without use of qmc.

Is it possible? If yes, let me know how.

You can't make a file refresh itself. Something has to refresh it - QMC, Windows Scheduler, etc.

Use Windows scheduler and a batch file. Check the documentation for specifics.
