BAR CHART WITH DUAL VALUES ON DATA POINTS

Attached please find the Dashboard and QVD

I have the Expected expressions deactivated right now.  So for each of the Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4, I would like to see 2 Values on the Datapoint

Value 1 will be the Value of the Bar and 2nd value will be Q1 Expected ( NO Bar for Q1 expected.  Is it  possible?

May, need to ask business , how did u do that?

I enabled your disabled dimensions. Turned on bar instead of symbol. Set the background color for the bar as White(0). And finally turned on Show Values on Data Points

Actually in the QVW I attached I didn't set the background to White(0) but to White(). If you include the 0 as parameter the white bare will be transparent so you will see the horizontal grid - which is more correct.
