Bar Chart

Hi. Please help me with this one.

First photo is the the sample of my excel file. 

How can I make that my bar chart will only appear the average of Unit 1 only without using filter pane? 

The second photo should be the appearance of my graph but unit 1 Actual and Target Load should be shown only.

Maybe something like: sum({< Unit = {1}>} [Average Load (Actual)])
