Bar graph showing in browser but not plug-in (Access Point)

I have never had this happen before but I have a bar chart that works fine in Access Point when viewing in Full Browser Version but not when using the IE Plug-In.

The chart has a conditional dimension Regional Office : SubStringCount(Concat(Dimension_KPIRev,'|'),'RegionalOffice') .

When the Regional Office condition is met it works fine - but when it is not the graph won't show at all, but it still should just without any dimensionality.

Whats the error your are seeing on the access point!

• Once try like this using older version of IE
• On your access point At favorites and profile -> Under Profile -> Check preferred client as -> IE plugin.
