Behaviour of Dimension Limits

I have a chart with a dimension limit of 20 values, including an 'others' section.

The behaviour seems strange; the 20th value for Calls is 2, although there are clearly 'other' values larger than 2.

Am I misunderstanding this function?

Any explanation would be helpful.

I looks like 2nd dimension can cause problems.

can you post the app ?
