Hi Folks,
Has anybody any idea how I can get a blank line under each subtotal in a pivot table. I have tried entering a blank dimension but I cannot seem to get what I require.
Kind Regards,
Footsie
Karol,
That is a very interesting solution and it gives me what I need with small sample of data. The actual application in question is quite large so ultimately I do not think it is a feasible solution. I like your way of thinking though.
Talha,
Thanks also for your suggestion. I need the three existing expressions to be displayed horizontally however so your suggestion will not work for me.
Kind Regards
Footsie
I guess if you want to use footsie solution create only one '' expression as the last expression.
Hi Folks,
The attached example is what I am trying to achive but with a large dataset.
Kind Regards

Or you could just go to Dimensions and select the Dimension it is doing the sub-totals on > then click Advanced, check 'Spacing' and enter 15(or any size you want).
It will auto-matically place a neat line under each sub-total row.
Thanks
