Hi All,
We have deployed one dashboard (6 months before) in QlikView 10 SR2 and user has created around 10 bookmarks. Till last week the bookmarks was available and no issues. From last week onwards user is not able to see the bookmark.
In the last week we have re-published (after making few changes) the dashboard. But We did not make any changes to the name of the dashboard and also we did not touched the .shared file.
Please could you advise is there any way to restore the bookmark of the users and the reason it has happened so that we can avoid this situation in future.

If you got to Bookmark > More > my server bookmark, are u able to see it?
Because i have the same problem, but in V 11 SR1, it's said that v 11.2 will fix this problem, i have yet to test.
No, there is no book marks under my server bookmark. The bookmarks which are missing is created by the user only from the access point.
