Bookmark Issue

Hi,

1) I done some selections on a chart.i sent that report as Mail with Bookmark as a Link.i am sending that report as a Bookmark.

2) I done  same selections and clicked on Add Bookmark and saved  the Bookmark.Now i Copied the link and sent as a report.

What is the difference between these two types of  creating a bookmark.

By using the first method all users are not able to open the report,very few members only opening the exact report.

Which method is recommendable.?

Is there any issues will occur while using the method1?
