Calculate Median on expression Total Row

Can someone help in calculating median in the attached QVW file. it seems this is a big challenge. if someone could solve it, this would be great help.

This example is a little contrived, but here the median is just the average of the second and third expressions.

Can you please provide calculation in the QVW file please. Median is not the second and third average.
