Calulation of the available pages changing after a particular month.

Hi Everybody,

     Good Evening

I've been struck with report and given some try which doesn't work out efficiently. Please help me out of this will be helpful.

I've the field books, publish date and available pages.

I need to calulate :

In April 2013 onwards ‘Harry Potter’, ‘Vanity Fair’ and ‘Germinal’ should show ‘Available pages’ as 14 and  calculate with 14 pages in the books report.  In March 2013 and before keep ‘Available pages’ as 13 and calculate with 13 pages. 

How can this be done.???

Before April 2013 ‘Harry Potter’, ‘Vanity Fair’ and ‘Germinal’ were publishing 13 pages. After April 2013 the pages increased to 14 only for these paryicluar books. . So I need to calculate the %sold. For the %Sold calculation = [Pages sold] /13. I can able to calculate the pages sold but i need the %sold after the April 13 for that particular books the available pages calulation should be 14 and before April 13 it should be 13.
