Perhaps, you could try reducing by Bookmark in such scenario.

Yes ,you can.

And you need to add reduced filters to Document Name, otherwise you will have the latest filter combination file in the AccessPoint

In my case it is:

%SourceDocumentName% - %DocumentField,Actuality% %DocumentField,Country%

you can use loop and reduce for document level.
