Can QlikView import an svg image and show it?

Hi,

it's possible to import and use an svg file into QlikView? I'm trying to import a my custom map, in order to use it in QV...

Any idea?

Thanks

Daniele

Hi

Are you talking about displaying the actual image or reading the information from the svg-file?
Since svg-files are basically just xml-files I guess you could load them into QV although I haven't tried.
If you want to display the image I think you're in trouble, I can't see how that could be done. Would be nice to be proven wrong though 🙂

Hi,

yes, I was trying to show an svg image, but it doesn't seem possible 😞 (at least, I haven't succeded yet)

While of course it's possible to read it as an xml file, but I just wanted to show it...

You can import SVG using QMC, but you cant import SVG into document storage. Hope vendor would fix this in future releases.
