Can see only what non partners can download after logging in from non partners to partners

Hi All,

Whenever I logs in as a regular user and then login as a partner I am not able to see everything in the downloads that partners can download. I am able to only see what non partners can see.

So I feel that session expiration for that page is taking some time thats the reason it is showing what non partners can download.

Requesting Mr. Jason take this into consideration with highest priority.
