Can someone help me concept of Reports in QV Desktop ?
As qlikview is already a reporting tool then what is the purpose of this option ?
The Report feature generates printable versions of QV content. It provides the function you need for printable reports, such as page numbering, header/footers, and page overflow. Whereas QV sheets are designed for interactive exploration.

To add to Rob's comment - QlikView is not a reporting tool. It is a Business Intelligence tool with some reporting functionality.
It is important you are aware of the difference between a reporting tool and a BI tool.

It always makes me little edgy, when someone calls Qlikview a reporting tool.
If you are looking for a reporting solution based on QlikView, you may consider testing NPrinting or any other third party reporting extension.
