Can someone help me to get my budget script working?

I get my budget script not attached properly.

I have tried several different possibilities, but without good results.

I want that it is linked to the ItemGroups, MasterCalendar (monthly), Departments and SalesEngineers, but I fail to get it working.

In Annex my script, table view and my budget.
I hope someone can help me further.
