Can we get an alert(mail) from Qlikview server when it is down

Is there a possibility from Qlikview server sending a mail when ever the server is down.

We can configure alerts mails if tasks are failing on QMC like below:

But, sorry I don't think so there is any way to set these alert when server is  down.

In such cases only windows admin can help you (Manual)
