I am having an issue getting a dashboard to reload or stop reloading through the QlikView Management Console. It has been reloading since yesterday and has not yet timed out. The dashboard is set to time out after an hour and it has been running for 24 hours. I've tried aborting the task, however it continues to run. I believe the issue may be tied to the fact that a server error occurred during the reload and the server needed to be rebooted.
I am able to manually reload the dashboard through my QlikView Personal edition, however the scheduled reload does not have any effect. Please let me know if there is something else I can do besides deleting the dashboard from the server and adding it back.

I am not sure what you mean by restart the distribution service. I am using version 11.2.
Windows Services, there´s an service called QlikView Distribution Service
