Carry Forward Previous Month Target to the current month

Dear All,

I am stuck in a situation where i need to carry forward the previous month target data to the current month if and only if current month target is not available. please find the below scenario file.  in the scenario file i have Unit Code, Target Month, Target1,Target2 and Target3.

In the given file, target is available for the month of  April and May i want to carry forward May data as long as target is not available to the current month.

your help would be highly appreciable.
