Changing color for your bars in bar chart
I want to change the color of my YTD to something different. how do i do it?

In the expressions, the expressions should have a '+' sign, expand it and you will find something called 'Background Color'. In the Definition box for 'Background Color' write =If(Year='YTD', RGB(250,150,100)) and a different RGB() for Target.
You can google RGB to learn about the 3 numbers and how they describe colors.

hi Emac,
check the multi color option in colors tab of chart properties.
then for first five bars use same color, then for the YTD keep a different one!

under colorstab-->advanced-->u can give color for special segments like total

You mean changing the Total color in Advance will do that? I have tried that didnt work
