Chart Labels

Hello,

  I have a chart that I want to put labels on, right now it is a number field and I want to put a different field that includes a name over it.

Example:

Currently if I try to add the name field in the definition the chart no longer draws.

Definition of " Num " works but " Num & Name " does not ( Num and Name being the field names that are one to one )

Let me know if you have any ideas.  Thanks!
