Chart expression using Set Analysis for multiple dimensions

Hi,

I am making a chart which have 2 dimensions one is Tenure_of_Emp and other is Business_Unit. I am using an expression where I am counting number of employees (count([person number]). Now i want the chart to show % of employees as per different buckets on business unit dimension. As of now i used count([person number])/count({1}[person number]) and it gives me 100% for every bucket(i understand it sums up as per business unit but not as total).
