I am struggling putting together a chart showing for each month the calculated amount of open invoices.
The data I have:
Invoice Id, Date of reception, Date of payment due, Date effectively paid.
I have my standard calendar setup and working and a table linking my calendar to the Invoice table:
Datelink table: Invoice Id, Invoice Date, Type of Date (reception, due or paid).
I would to build a graph showing for each month of the selection the calculated amount of open invoices.
I tried lots of formulas but could not get it right.
MonthYear is my dimension, and I want the sum of all invoices with a reception date before MonthYear and a paid date after or equal to MonthYear or empty. The problem is that for each MonthYear it has to calculated the amount on the total set of data. (I tried with some TOTAL in the formula but it didn't work.)
Any idea?

Hi, here is an example. What I need now is a chart showing for each month the amount of open invoices (received before Monthyear and paid after or during MonthYear).
